Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation processes, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies to avoid delays or penalties.
- Monitor and track shipments in real-time, providing regular status updates to internal management and supply chain teams.
- Handle HS Code classification and ensure accurate duty and tax declarations.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for all shipping and logistics-related paperwork.
- Resolve any issues related to documentation discrepancies or logistical bottlenecks immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in export-import operations or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations (PIB/PEB), and local trade laws.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
