Fresh On Time is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Import Staff to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing our international trade operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders. We are specifically seeking a candidate who demonstrates strong English proficiency to effectively communicate with global partners and vendors. As an Export Import Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant trade regulations while maintaining high efficiency in our supply chain. You will act as the primary point of contact for documentation and logistics coordination, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and on time. We value proactive problem-solving and excellent organizational skills in our team.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage all necessary import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate clearance of shipments at ports and airports.
  • Track shipment progress, monitor delivery schedules, and update internal stakeholders on the status of orders.
  • Liaise with international clients and suppliers to resolve logistics inquiries and address any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local government regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of all logistics activities and transaction history.
  • Assist in preparing shipping schedules and negotiating rates with logistics providers when required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Export Import Administration or a similar logistics role is preferred.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a mandatory requirement for this position.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, and general customs procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and logistics management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
