Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete export/import documentation for personal effects shipments (B/L, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities for clearance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and personal effects policies
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive client updates
- Prepare shipping invoices, calculate duties, and process payments
- Liaise with clients to understand shipping requirements and resolve inquiries
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation databases
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in export/import operations or freight forwarding
- Proficiency in customs procedures for personal effects shipments
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
