PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export & Import Staff to join our logistics team in Jawa Tengah. As a critical member of our operations, you will manage end-to-end documentation and compliance processes specifically within the Kawasan Berikat (Bonded Zone) framework. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Export and Import documentation (PEB/PIB) in accordance with Kawasan Berikat regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure timely shipment delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all inward and outward goods within the bonded zone system.
- Monitor and prepare customs clearance documents and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with overseas vendors and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies.
- Handle troubleshooting for logistics delays or customs holds to minimize operational downtime.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and reporting for customs audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience handling Export-Import operations, specifically within a Kawasan Berikat or EPTE environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs Law and HS Code classification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customs/logistics software (e.g., CEISA).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with multi-functional teams.
