We are a growing freight forwarder looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Import Staff to join our dynamic team. PT Anekatrans Persada Indonesia is dedicated to providing top-tier logistics solutions, and we are currently seeking a professional to manage our Personal Effects division. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage end-to-end logistics for personal effects shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and ground transport providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and import/export policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipment activities in the company database.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide status updates and resolve any logistical inquiries.
- Assist in resolving customs clearance issues and shipping delays to minimize disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or customs brokerage (personal effects experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and import/export regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail when reviewing and preparing documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is an advantage.
