Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for international trade? Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Import Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end import and export lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations, strict regulatory compliance, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
As our Export Import Supervisor, you will act as a bridge between internal procurement teams, customs authorities, and global freight forwarders. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain by managing complex documentation, optimizing SAP-based procurement workflows, and ensuring that all cross-border movements adhere to the latest Indonesian trade regulations.
We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses the technical expertise to troubleshoot shipping delays, manage payment processes, and implement continuous improvements in our trade logistics strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day import and export operations to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end documentation processes including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
- Maintain and update SAP procurement modules (PR/PO) to ensure accurate inventory and financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, import licenses, and trade policies.
- Manage vendor payments and reconcile shipping-related invoices against contractual agreements.
- Provide regular reports on logistics performance, freight costs, and shipment status to the supply chain management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in export-import operations, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms 2020.
- Proficiency in SAP (specifically MM/SD modules) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset regarding cost-control and process optimization.
