Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets to expand the company's export reach.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing global clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and shipment of export orders.
- Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Monitor international market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights for management.
- Handle client inquiries, handle negotiations, and resolve any issues related to international shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and customs requirements in target markets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export marketing, international trade, or sales administration.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory; proficiency in other foreign languages is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to be based in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
