You will be responsible for ensuring that all export documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner, facilitating smooth global supply chain movements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process export documentation, including PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) accurately.
- Coordinate the issuance of Certificate of Origin (CO) and other trade-related certifications.
- Manage the application and issuance of Phyto-sanitary certificates for required goods.
- Communicate effectively with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor export shipments to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal company policies.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all shipping and export-related documentation.
- Resolve any documentation discrepancies or customs clearance issues promptly to prevent shipment delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export operations or logistics administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian export customs procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in using the CEISA system or relevant export documentation software.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya.
