Tanggung Jawab
- Manage export documentation including customs forms, shipping invoices, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian export regulations and international trade policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any shipping or documentation issues
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and communications
- Assist in developing and improving export processes to enhance efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian export regulations and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
