PT Arnawarma Mineral Jaya is seeking an experienced and dedicated External Relation & Land Compensation Foreman to join our dynamic team in Malili, Sulawesi Selatan. In this critical role, you will serve as a key liaison between the company, local communities, and government authorities. You will oversee land acquisition processes, manage land compensation negotiations, and foster positive community relations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted mining operations. As a Foreman, you will be on the front lines of community engagement, translating corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies into actionable ground-level initiatives. You will work closely with legal, operations, and environmental teams to ensure all land acquisition and compensation processes are transparent, lawful, and aligned with international best practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute the land acquisition and compensation process in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strong, positive relations with local landowners, community leaders, and government representatives in Malili and surrounding areas.
- Investigate, document, and resolve land disputes, grievances, and community issues in a timely and peaceful manner.
- Prepare accurate documentation, mapping, and reports related to land ownership, boundaries, and compensation disbursements.
- Assist in the implementation of Community Development and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to support sustainable local growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor community sentiments and proactively address potential risks to mining operations.
- Collaborate with legal and land survey teams to verify land certificates and ownership claims.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in External Relations, Land Acquisition, or Community Development, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, compensation procedures, and local government regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and conflict resolution in challenging environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak local dialects being a strong advantage.
- Willingness to be permanently based or rostered in Malili, Sulawesi Selatan.
- Highly organized with strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic GIS mapping.
