Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facility infrastructure and natural landscapes
- Monitor security systems and enforce safety protocols during night shifts
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and incident reporting
- Manage waste management systems and environmental conservation initiatives
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of public areas, restrooms, and recreational facilities
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless facility operations
- Respond to visitor inquiries and resolve facility-related concerns
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; facility management certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in facility maintenance or security operations
- Valid work permit for Singapore with ability to work night shifts
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards
- Proficient in basic maintenance tools and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
