Wismilak is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Factory Audit Supervisor to join our production excellence team in Surabaya. As a key player in our quality assurance and operational integrity efforts, you will be responsible for overseeing internal audit processes, ensuring factory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.
In this role, you will lead inspection initiatives, identify potential operational risks, and collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses a deep understanding of standard operating procedures, internal control frameworks, and manufacturing best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly internal audit plans for factory operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risk assessments, and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to track the progress of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls within the manufacturing workflow.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required to maintain institutional compliance.
- Analyze production data to identify patterns, irregularities, or inefficiencies that require management attention.
- Provide training and guidance to operational staff regarding standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate findings professionally to management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to organizational integrity.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
