Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure all production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and minimize operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large production team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and industry regulations to maintain product integrity.
- Manage the factory's annual budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure a seamless flow of raw materials and timely delivery of finished goods.
- Enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and navigate complex labor relations in a manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations (K3) and international quality standards (ISO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to be based full-time in North Sumatra (Sumatera Utara).
