PT Cotti Coffee Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Minahasa Utara, Sulawesi Utara. As a key leadership figure, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality control.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in industrial manufacturing, specifically within the food or beverage processing sectors. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute production strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Oversee all factory floor operations, including maintenance of equipment, raw material procurement, and inventory management.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate production staff to improve efficiency and team performance.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain international food safety and quality standards.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management regarding production KPIs and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Direct experience in a coconut factory or related agricultural processing plant is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.
- Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field is required.
- Must be willing to be based permanently in Minahasa Utara, North Sulawesi.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication.
