Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations and production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Manage the plant budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production staff to improve performance and morale.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory and logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proven track record in process improvement and quality management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
