Forta Group is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement across our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct all daily factory operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets while controlling costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations (K3).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to minimize waste and enhance productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse workforce to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and equipment maintenance scheduling.
- Analyze production data and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical), Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Proven expertise in production planning, operational budget management, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to be based in Jawa Tengah.
