PT Starlit Energy Indonesia is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Subang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, maintaining world-class safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in manufacturing management, capable of fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability across the shop floor.
As our Factory Manager, you will serve as the primary leader for production planning, resource allocation, and budget management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and ensure that all outputs meet our stringent quality specifications while adhering to strict delivery timelines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics.
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing machine uptime and labor productivity.
- Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and 5S initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and internal corporate policies.
- Manage the facility budget, including P&L responsibility, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.
- Mentor, lead, and develop a diverse team of supervisors, engineers, and production staff to build a high-performance culture.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for continuous process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical) or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in a Factory Manager or Senior Plant Manager capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of production management systems, supply chain logistics, and maintenance scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and quality management systems (ISO 9001/14001).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage large-scale teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, reduce operational costs, and improve overall factory profitability.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required for effective internal and external communication.
