Are you a seasoned manufacturing professional with a proven track record in operational excellence? Our client is seeking a highly skilled Factory Manager to lead their production facility in Pasuruan, East Java. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality output.
As the Factory Manager, you will be the driving force behind process optimization, cost management, and team development. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between high-level operational goals and the daily activities on the production floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure targets are met within budget and on schedule.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the maintenance and reliability of all factory machinery and infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, quality standards (ISO), and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage supply chain logistics, inventory control, and raw material sourcing to maintain seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and industrial safety standards.
