PT Sumber Jaya Industri Oleo is a dynamic leader in the palm oil processing industry. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Factory Manager to oversee our refinery and fractionation facilities in Dumai, Riau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of factory operations, ensuring peak efficiency, strict adherence to safety standards, and high-quality production outputs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, technical proficiency in palm oil processing, and a proven track record in optimizing operational workflows. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all refining and fractionation processes meet our stringent company standards and market requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the palm oil refinery and fractionation plant to ensure continuous, efficient production.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production yield, minimize waste, and improve cost-efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company protocols.
- Manage and mentor production, maintenance, and technical teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding production targets and operational status.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to enhance plant performance and reliability.
- Manage the maintenance schedule for all plant machinery to minimize downtime and ensure longevity of assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in palm oil refinery and fractionation plant management.
- Deep understanding of the palm oil downstream production process and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead large industrial teams.
- Proficiency in industrial safety management systems (ISO/HACCP/RSPO standards preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in an industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using ERP or factory management software.
- Willingness to be based in Dumai, Riau.
