This is a critical leadership position for someone with a proven track record in manufacturing management, production optimization, and team leadership.
As Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, implementing efficient processes, and managing a diverse team of manufacturing professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all factory operations including production, quality control, and maintenance
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets and deadlines
- Manage and develop a team of production supervisors and operators
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for material flow
- Manage factory budget and resource allocation effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management
- Proven track record in production optimization and process improvement
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Knowledge of quality control systems and manufacturing standards
- Experience with budget management and resource planning
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements
