Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and quality
- Manage and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in production management software and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
