Tanggung Jawab
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Relations, Diplomatic Theory, and Global Politics
- Develop and update curricula aligned with current geopolitical trends and industry standards
- Conduct original research in international relations and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor students through thesis supervision, career guidance, and academic advising
- Collaborate with government bodies and NGOs on diplomatic initiatives and projects
- Participate in faculty committees, accreditation processes, and institutional governance
- Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences to enhance student engagement
Kualifikasi
- PhD in International Relations, Diplomatic Affairs, Political Science, or related field
- Strong academic record with evidence of scholarly publications and research
- Minimum 3 years of university-level teaching experience
- Expertise in diplomatic protocols, international law, and global governance
- Proficiency in English and experience with bilingual education settings
- Demonstrated ability to supervise graduate research and theses
- Experience in curriculum design and program development
- Knowledge of ASEAN and Asia-Pacific regional dynamics preferred
