Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive failure analysis on defective products using microscopy, spectroscopy, and material characterization techniques
- Document detailed technical findings and prepare comprehensive reports with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Develop and optimize laboratory procedures for efficient failure investigation workflows
- Train team members on advanced analytical techniques and equipment operation
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment calibration and performance standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in failure analysis or quality assurance laboratory environment
- Proficiency in analytical techniques including SEM, EDS, XRD, and optical microscopy
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical findings to diverse audiences
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and technical documentation
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) or Six Sigma preferred
- Detail-oriented approach with meticulous record-keeping abilities
