Join One Food Group as a Farm Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of our agricultural operations. We're seeking a skilled professional to ensure the seamless functioning of our poultry facilities through expert electrical troubleshooting and proactive maintenance. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair single/three-phase electrical systems, manage specialized poultry equipment, and continuously monitor farm power infrastructure to prevent operational disruptions. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to maintaining optimal production standards and animal welfare while adhering to safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on single/three-phase systems in poultry facilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance on farm machinery and poultry-specific equipment
- Monitor and optimize farm power systems to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Install, calibrate, and service automated farm equipment and control systems
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for compliance
- Collaborate with farm management to implement operational improvements
- Adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards in all maintenance tasks
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in agricultural or industrial settings
- Certification in electrical systems or relevant technical diploma
- Proficiency in diagnosing single/three-phase electrical faults and systems
- Experience with poultry farm equipment and automated systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and backup generators
- Ability to work independently in physically demanding environments
- Valid electrical safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, COE)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
