Kundasang Aquafarm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in the beautiful highland region of Kundasang, Sabah. As a Farm Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily farm activities, managing operational workflows, and ensuring the efficient running of our aquaculture and agricultural operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily farm operations including feeding schedules, water quality management, and crop production activities
- Supervise and direct farm workers, providing guidance on proper handling and care of aquatic species and livestock
- Monitor and maintain equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal working conditions
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures across all farm areas
- Track production metrics, maintain records, and prepare reports on farm performance and inventory
- Coordinate with management on budget planning, resource allocation, and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices
- Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruption
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in farm management, aquaculture, or related agricultural operations
- Diploma or certification in Agriculture, Animal Science, Aquaculture, or relevant field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Knowledge of farm equipment operation, maintenance, and basic repairs
- Understanding of water quality management and environmental sustainability practices
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
