- Oversee daily farm operations and production schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage crop health, irrigation systems, and fertilization programs effectively.
- Lead, train, and mentor farm staff to foster a culture of safety and productivity.
- Implement strict quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Analyze production data and reports to optimize yield and reduce waste.
- Maintain farm equipment and coordinate with logistics for timely harvest delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all agricultural regulations and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in farm production management.
- Strong understanding of modern farming techniques and sustainable practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Valid work permit for Singapore (or eligible to work).
