In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high standards of bird welfare, operational efficiency, and farm productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day poultry farm operations, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of flocks.
- Supervise and train farm workers to ensure tasks are performed according to company SOPs.
- Maintain strict biosecurity and hygiene standards to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure farm safety.
- Manage inventory levels of feed, medical supplies, and other farm consumables.
- Monitor environmental conditions within poultry houses (temperature, ventilation, humidity) to ensure optimal bird comfort.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, mortality rates, and operational costs for management review.
- Troubleshoot machinery or facility issues to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in poultry farming or commercial livestock management.
- Strong knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and husbandry practices.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Melaka and manage irregular hours during critical farming periods.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
