Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee day-to-day farm operations, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting schedules.
- Supervise and train field staff to ensure tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and livestock welfare to optimize production yields.
- Ensure that all farm machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
- Implement and enforce company safety and sanitation protocols across the site.
- Manage inventory levels of fertilizers, seeds, feed, and other agricultural supplies.
- Prepare regular reports on farm performance, labor costs, and production output for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in farm management or a similar agricultural supervisory role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of local farming techniques, pest control, and irrigation systems.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on seasonal farm requirements.
