We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Farm Supervisor to join our operational team in San Pablo City, Laguna. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our crop production. This includes managing field staff, optimizing soil health, ensuring efficient irrigation, and implementing best-in-class agricultural practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily field operations, including planting, fertilizing, irrigation, and harvesting schedules.
- Manage and provide leadership to a team of farm workers, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
- Monitor crop health regularly to identify pests, diseases, or nutritional deficiencies and implement timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of crop production, inventory of supplies, and labor hours for reporting purposes.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control protocols to ensure harvest meets company and market standards.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of farm equipment and machinery to prevent operational downtime.
- Promote and ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations on the farm.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase yield and reduce operational waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in farm management or supervisory roles, preferably in commercial crop production.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern farming techniques, irrigation systems, and soil management.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field personnel effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for inventory and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions in Tagalog and English.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate agricultural machinery.
- Resilient, adaptable, and willing to work in outdoor field environments across varying weather conditions.
