Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships for fashion bag production materials
- Optimize logistics and distribution networks for regional and international shipments
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Implement sustainable sourcing practices for fashion accessories
- Monitor inventory levels and develop demand forecasting models

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in fashion/apparel supply chain operations
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives
