Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design fashion collections and unique artworks that align with the Heart Troops brand identity.
- Conduct trend research and analyze market data to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed technical drawings, sketches, and mood boards for presentation.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials that meet quality standards and budget constraints.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and market testing.
- Stay updated on global fashion trends to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related creative field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably within the apparel or fashion retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and color theory.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
