- Collaborate with design and procurement teams to align inventory with consumer preferences
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to maximize product exposure and conversions
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocation across sales channels
- Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in fashion retail or merchandising role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data interpretation
- Creativity in visual presentation and trend forecasting
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
