Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in cross-functional rotations across Sales, Finance, and Distribution departments.
- Analyze market performance data to support strategic decision-making in distribution networks.
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis for business units.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure operational efficiency and standard compliance.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase market penetration in assigned territories.
- Support the implementation of business improvement projects and operational optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00 from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams.
- High level of mobility and willingness to be assigned to any location within Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership potential, evidenced by organizational involvement or extracurricular achievements.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
