Talentvis is currently seeking a dedicated FAT Operator to join our high-performing production team in Jawa Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes, strictly adhering to safety standards and operational protocols.
As an FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of machinery and production lines to ensure they meet the rigorous quality standards required in the F&B sector. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot operational issues efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and monitor Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) procedures on production machinery and equipment.
- Ensure all production activities comply with Food Safety Management Systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000).
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain manufacturing equipment to maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Document and report any machine malfunctions or quality deviations to the production supervisor immediately.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet internal specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency equipment repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to 5S methodology.
- Prepare accurate daily production logs and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an operator in the Food & Beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production safety standards and technical equipment handling.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good physical health and stamina, with the ability to work in a shift-based production environment.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with digital data entry or basic computer literacy is a plus.
