Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic QC testing on incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor in-process production stages to maintain consistency and operational efficiency.
- Perform comprehensive analysis on finished feed products to verify nutritional content and safety.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and documentation in accordance with ISO and internal quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot deviations in the production process, providing technical solutions for immediate resolution.
- Participate in equipment calibration and laboratory maintenance to ensure optimal testing accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing formulas and optimize raw material utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in laboratory testing or quality control within the feed or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP principles.
- Proficiency in laboratory instrumentation and analytical software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data accurately.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
