We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Feedmill Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art feed production facility in Cebu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of feedmill operations, from raw material procurement to final product delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. You will play a pivotal role in our agricultural success by leading a skilled team and optimizing production workflows.
In this role, you will be the face of our plant operations, ensuring that all production targets are met with precision. You will manage inventory levels, coordinate maintenance activities, and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure our feed products meet industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the feedmill plant, including milling, mixing, and packaging processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and internal quality control procedures.
- Manage and supervise a diverse team of plant operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and ingredients.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance staff to prevent downtime and ensure optimal machinery functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in feed mill operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a production team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of feed production machinery, nutritional formulation, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and production planning software.
