As our Video Content Creator, you will be the face and voice behind many of our most impactful campaigns. You will conceptualise, film, and edit videos that resonate deeply with our audience, showcasing the beauty and challenges of motherhood.
This role is perfect for a creative professional who is highly proficient in social media trends, particularly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. You will work closely with our marketing and clinical teams to produce content that is not only visually stunning but also accurate and supportive. Whether it is a tutorial on breastfeeding, a day-in-the-life vlog from our centre, or a heartwarming testimonial, your work will directly contribute to the well-being of families in Malaysia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, script, and storyboard compelling video content tailored to the maternal and infant health audience.
- Film and edit high-quality videos, including on-camera presentations, tutorials, and lifestyle shoots.
- Act as the primary on-camera talent for the brand, creating relatable and trustworthy connections with viewers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.
- Manage the end-to-end video production schedule and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor content to generate fresh, engaging ideas.
- Analyse video performance metrics (views, engagement, retention) to inform and optimize future content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Vlogger, or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong on-camera presence and excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content optimisation strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creative flair with strong storytelling, composition, and visual editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for maternal, infant, and family health is a strong advantage.
- Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a closely related field.
