Tanggung Jawab
- Constructing and repairing fiberglass hulls, decks, and structural components for various boat types.
- Applying gel coats, resins, and fiberglass cloth with precision to achieve smooth, durable finishes.
- Performing sanding, grinding, and finishing tasks to meet high aesthetic and functional standards.
- Operating and maintaining fiberglass tools, including rollers, sprayers, and mixers.
- Inspecting work-in-progress for defects and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborating closely with the production team to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Preparing work areas by organizing materials, tools, and safety equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a fiberglass worker or boat builder.
- Strong working knowledge of fiberglass materials, resins, hardeners, and gel coats.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with marine safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous chemicals.
- Valid driver's license is a plus for site transportation.
