- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach in Samar and Eastern Visayas
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and provide on-site support
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain positive business relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, account management, or customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
- Knowledge of the retail and consumer products industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Samar and Eastern Visayas
