Ta Ann Holdings Berhad, a leading player in the agriculture and plantation sector in Sarawak, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Audit Trainee to join our dynamic team in Sibu. As a Field Audit Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position offers comprehensive training, hands-on experience in field inspections, and exposure to various audit processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough field inspections and assessments of plantation sites, farms, and conservation areas to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Follow up on audit issues and findings identified during inspections, tracking resolution progress and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate audit reports documenting observations, findings, and recommendations for improvement
- Monitor the status and progress of scheduled audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines
- Assist in evaluating field operations for efficiency, safety compliance, and environmental best practices
- Collaborate with field teams and management to address audit observations and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain detailed records of field activities, audit trails, and documentation in accordance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Animal Science, or related field from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or relevant experience in audit, inspection, or field work will be advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-compliance issues during field assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or local dialects is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor field environments across various terrain and weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to field locations within Sibu and surrounding areas
