Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to motorbike loan customers to collect installment payments.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure high repayment rates.
- Verify customer identity and loan documentation during each visit.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Report daily collection activities and customer status updates to the supervisor.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and take necessary follow-up actions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field.
- Fluent in Indonesian (both oral and written).
- Experience in field collection or customer service is a plus.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and access to a personal vehicle.
- Resident in the Tangerang, Banten area.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
