About the Role:
As a Field Collector, you will play an integral part in our daily operations. Your main goal is to manage and collect accounts receivables directly from clients at their locations. Your ability to navigate the bustling streets of Metro Manila efficiently, communicate effectively with diverse clients, and negotiate amicably will be key to your success. You will be the face of CashXpress in the field, ensuring positive client interactions while maintaining strict adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Applicants must have their own motorcycle and a valid Professional Driver's License. Field collection experience is an advantage.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily field collection visits to assigned client accounts within the NCR area to ensure timely payment follow-ups and compliance with schedules.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for collection inquiries and payment negotiations.
- Adhere strictly to company collection policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards to protect the company and its clients.
- Meticulously document all collection activities, payments received, and client feedback into the company’s database.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial payment arrangements and settlements with delinquent accounts to minimize portfolio risk and delinquency rates.
- Ensure the safekeeping of all collected funds and execute a secure end-of-day cash turnover to the operations team.
- Coordinate with the back-office team to update account statuses and escalate complex issues for timely resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with Restriction Codes A, A1, or B (essential requirement).
- Must own a reliable motorcycle in good mechanical condition (parking, insurance, and maintenance allowances are provided by the company).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in field collection, merchant servicing, or a similar role within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Excellent knowledge of NCR roads and traffic patterns; proficiency in using GPS and navigation applications is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Filipino and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet collection targets.
- High level of integrity and reliability, with a proven track record in handling cash and sensitive client information responsibly.
