Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee day-to-day field operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Act as the primary point of contact for field teams, providing support and guidance to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate logs of operational activities and generate timely reports for management review.
- Analyze real-time data to anticipate potential delays or conflicts in service delivery.
- Coordinate between cross-functional departments to ensure resource allocation is optimized.
- Handle incoming queries or complaints from the field, ensuring swift resolution to maintain service quality.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Administration, Customer Service, or Logistics Operations.
- Possess at least a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic database navigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multitasking and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational needs.
- Residing in or willing to be placed in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
