PT. Surya Fajar Indonesia is a leading player in the logistics and manufacturing sector, dedicated to delivering operational excellence across the Indonesian supply chain. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Operation Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our on-site logistics operations. You will be responsible for overseeing high-stakes EXIM (Export-Import) processes at the port, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision, compliance, and efficiency. As our Field Operation Staff, you will play a critical role in minimizing operational downtime and ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse, transport partners, and terminal authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily on-site export and import activities at the port.
- Monitor container tracking and ensure timely loading and unloading processes.
- Manage relevant shipping documentation and ensure full compliance with customs and port authority regulations.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, trucking vendors, and port officials to ensure operational fluidity.
- Conduct regular inspections of goods and equipment to maintain quality standards and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve operational issues or delays on the field promptly.
- Prepare detailed daily reports on field activities and shipment progress for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Operation Staff, specifically within the port or shipping industry (EXIM focus).
- In-depth knowledge of export-import documentation (PEB/PIB, Bill of Lading, etc.) and customs clearance procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with port authorities and vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Proficient in using office productivity software and logistics management tools.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara and work flexible hours if required by operational demands.
