Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular field visits to clients with delinquent accounts to facilitate immediate debt collection.
- Locate and engage with clients who have become unreachable through standard communication channels.
- Negotiate and establish structured payment arrangements to help clients resolve outstanding balances.
- Execute the legal and professional repossession of assets in accordance with company protocols.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all client interactions and field activities using company reporting tools.
- Coordinate with the credit and legal departments to provide updates on high-risk accounts.
- Monitor and report on local market trends or client feedback that may impact overall collection efficiency.
- Ensure all field activities are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and compliance with industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must have completed at least two years of college or be a High School Graduate with relevant experience.
- Prior experience in field collections, credit investigations, or sales is highly advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License and have consistent access to a motorcycle for field duties.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Excellent knowledge of the local geography in Makati City and the greater Metro Manila area.
- Physically fit and capable of performing extensive field work in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet monthly collection targets.
- High level of integrity and a clean record of professional conduct.
