Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Visit existing and potential clients to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Present product demonstrations and sales proposals to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid motorcycle license with at least 1 year of riding experience
- Proven track record in sales or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
- Knowledge of the local market in Iloilo is advantageous
