Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with premium essential oil producers in the Gayo Lues region
- Conduct regular field visits to assess product quality, production methods, and compliance with sustainability standards
- Negotiate fair pricing and favorable terms with local suppliers while maintaining positive long-term relationships
- Document supplier information, product specifications, and market conditions in our sourcing database
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all sourced products meet international standards
- Monitor market trends and pricing to identify opportunities for premium essential oils
- Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, challenges, and opportunities to the procurement team
- Promote sustainable and ethical sourcing practices among local producers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related field, preferably in essential oils or agricultural products
- Deep understanding of essential oil production processes and quality standards
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Gayo Lues region
- Knowledge of local Aceh culture and customs is highly advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
