Join Gibbs Supply Chain as a Field Staff for Export/Import and Customs, a critical role in our international supply chain operations. This position requires hands-on expertise in navigating Indonesia's complex customs landscape to ensure seamless cross-border trade. You'll be the frontline liaison between our logistics operations, government agencies, and international partners, ensuring compliance while minimizing clearance delays. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and possesses deep knowledge of import/export regulations, documentation requirements, and tariff structures. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance procedures for import/export shipments
- Prepare, verify, and submit customs documentation (B/L, invoices, permits)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance protocols
- Resolve customs inquiries and disputes with government agencies
- Conduct physical inspections of shipments for compliance verification
- Optimize duty payments and tax calculations for cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in Indonesian customs procedures
- Deep knowledge of Customs Act, Peraturan Pabean, and trade regulations
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems (e.g., Sistem Pelayanan Dirjen Bea Cukai)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with authorities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
