We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sarawak. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of field operations and contribute to the growth and profitability of our estates.
As a Field Supervisor, you will be entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day field activities encompassing harvesting, upkeep, maintenance, and general plantation management. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with best practices. You will supervise a workforce, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards, while also focusing on staff welfare and safety.
Key duties include planning and organizing work schedules, monitoring field conditions, managing pest control programs, and maintaining accurate records. You will act as a key link between management and field staff, communicating targets and feedback effectively. We expect our supervisors to be hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily field operations including harvesting, field upkeep, and maintenance to ensure optimal productivity.
- Plan and assign work schedules for field workers, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Monitor crop development, assess health, and coordinate pest and disease control activities.
- Maintain detailed records of operations, worker attendance, and production data.
- Conduct on-the-job training and assessments to enhance team skills and efficiency.
- Liaise with management to report on field conditions, challenges, and recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in oil palm plantation operations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with ability to drive team performance.
- Sound knowledge of agronomic practices, harvesting techniques, and field maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Valid driving license (GDL) and willingness to relocate to the plantation area.
