Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated filling machines to ensure continuous production flow.
- Perform daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on filling equipment.
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.
- Monitor product quality, including fill volume accuracy and packaging integrity.
- Document production data and machine downtime in daily shift reports.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with 5S methodology.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed strictly to prevent workplace accidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Technology.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule (including nights and weekends).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues on production lines.
- High level of physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
